New Enrolments

In Zone - Please bring the following items with you to your appointment for enrolment :

• Verification of Address (Rates bill & Power Account if you own the property)

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of Immunisation Certificate

• For students born in New Zealand but are of another ethnicity a copy of the Parents Passport is required

• For students born in countries other than New Zealand

• A NZ Passport plus Parents Passport

• or         - other passport showing permanent residence

• or         - NZ Citizenship documents plus Parents Passport

• or         - Parent Work permit and Student permit

Please check you have the following items included when returning your application to school :

• Green Application for Enrolment Form

• Copy of Birth Certificate

•  Copy of Immunisation Certificate (Y0/1 only)

• Selection Form (Guidelines for Enrolment)

• Other Information/Requests/Special Comments or Health Needs (if applicable)

•  For students born in countries other than New Zealand

• A NZ Passport plus Parents Passport

• or         - other passport showing permanent residence

• or         - NZ Citizenship documents plus Parents Passport

• or         - Parent Work permit and Student permit

• A $10.00 Administration Cover charge
