In Zone

Please bring the following items with you to your appointment for enrolment :

• Verification of Address (Rates bill & Power Account if you own the property)

• New Zealand Birth Certificate

• Immunisation Certificate (Year 0/1 only)

• B4 School Check (Year 0/1 only)

• For students born in New Zealand but are of another ethnicity a copy of the Parents Passport is required

• For students born in countries other than New Zealand

• A NZ Passport plus Parents Passport

• or         - other passport showing permanent residence

• or         - NZ Citizenship documents plus Parents Passport

  or         - Parent Work Permit/Visa and Student Permit/Visa

•  For students born in countries other than New Zealand

• or         - Parent Work permit and Student permit

• A $10.00 Administration Cover charge
